Illegal Dumping and Urban Rubbish Bins

Council has an obligation under the Health Act 1956 & the Local Government Act 2002, to keep communities healthy & safe from harm. This includes the servicing and ongoing maintenance of urban public litter bins, and the removal and disposal of illegally dumped waste.

We invite Respondents the option of bidding for:
• Illegal Dumping ONLY or
• Urban Litter Bins ONLY or
• Illegal Dumping and Urban Litter Bins COMBINED.

As a result of this RFQ process we intent to award a contract for either:
• Illegal Dumping and Urban Litter Bins as separate contracts, or
• Illegal Dumping and Urban Litter Bins combined into a single contract.
