Implementation of Business Link Pacific Phase II

Business Link Pacific (BLP) Phase II is a New Zealand-funded activity that supports the prosperity and resilience of Pacific small to medium enterprises (SMEs) by facilitating access to quality, local business advice and finance. BLP Phase II builds upon the successful implementation of the first phase of Business Link Pacific and the Pacific SME Finance Facility pilot (Facility), combining these two activities into one single activity.

MFAT is intending to invite submissions of responses from suitably qualified suppliers to implement BLP Phase II over the next five years. Subject to funding approval and MFAT decision to proceed, this Activity could be scaled up with additional budget or extended for a further five years.
