Information Hub

Tasman District Council is seeking a secure, scalable and user-friendly Information Hub that provides a single, trusted interface to Council datasets, reports and dashboards. This will be for both internal staff and externally to our partners and the public, however, this may be a staged approach. The solution must support spatial and non-spatial information, clear metadata, controlled access, data viewing and export, integrations, analytics and future growth.

The Information Hub should be designed to make it easy to find and use council data, provide transparency and trust, support better decision-making, enable self-service access, and encouraging innovation and engagement.

In short, the Information Hub will deliver a user-friendly, secure, and inclusive platform that surfaces trusted datasets, reports, and dashboards, with the ability to search, view, and export information in meaningful ways.
We are looking for a Software as a Service (SaaS) product and supplier to help bring our vision of an Information Hub (Open data) to life.
