Information Management System (IMS) Selection and Implementation for the Public Utilities Board in Kiribati

The corporatized Public Utility Board (PUB) in Kiribati is looking to procure an improved Information Management System (IMS). The PUB currently does not have an Information Management System (IMS) solution to manage their business transactions. The transactional processes are managed across several disparate systems, which require manual interfacing of the associated data.
The intent is to procure an IMS solution, which will enable the transactional management of the PUB business operations. The procured IMS solution functionality will cover: Financial Management; Human Resources and Payroll; Asset Management; Billing and Customer Relationship Management. Thus, enabling planning, reporting and analysis for the organisation in support of management of corporate risk. This will also mean enhanced capability to manage customer expectations.
