The Ministry for Primary Industries is seeking an interim, out-of-the-box digital platform that supports organisational design, organisational modelling and workforce visualisation.
The platform must enable MPI to model and compare current and proposed organisational structures, assess potential workforce and financial impacts, and produce reliable information and visual outputs to support organisational redesign, consultation and executive decision-making.
MPI requires a configured and operational platform, including software subscription or licensing, approved hosting, implementation, configuration, testing, user access, training, knowledge transfer, support, service management and end-of-contract data extraction and transition assistance.
