Johnsonville School- Slip Remediation and Bank Strengthening

2.1 Background

A. A structural engineering report was commissioned by the school in April 2024 to investigate the current areas of retaining walls and slopes. Based on the site investigation, it was identified various retaining walls that are of
different constructions are currently on site, slopes with an incline of roughly 45 degrees and a few areas where slips are present. A new retaining wall was proposed along the length behind the school hall.
