The Registration of Interest is for a Main Building contractor with suitable experience and capability to undertake the building and associated works to a minor internal reconfiguration to existing space, to provide a Learning Support Property Modification. The project includes provision of a Ministry of Education Universal bathroom, Laundry and associated sensory and quiet spaces within the reconfigured space.
