Kelston Intermediate: Main Contractor for Block 3 Refurbishment

Full refurbishment of two classrooms (Rooms 13 and 14), Block 3, Kelston
Intermediate School, 300 Vanguard Road, Kelston, Auckland. Works include: demolish
classrooms to floor joists; replace sub-floor framing as required; H3 ply-floor; new wall
framing, trusses, and roof framing; new roofing, spouting, and JH Linea cladding;
aluminium double-glazed joinery throughout; insulation and plasterboard lining with
Autex Composition; reinstated toilet and special needs room; suspended acoustic
ceilings to MoE requirements; reinstatement of electrical, fire, security, and data
services. Asbestos removal to be carried out by licensed specialist sub-contractor
(Class B or C as required).
