Kura o Te Teko - Block A,H - Carpentry and building

i. This is a 5YA project being conducted as part of the Kura’s 10 year maintenance plan to keep the Kura’s maintenance up to date.
ii. Outcome sought is the prompt and thorough completion of the specified scope of works to MOE and NZ building standards. See relevant MOE standards attached as Addenda to this RFT.
iii. The Kura’s Hall has long been in need of maintenance and this is a start towards making that a reality.
iv. Tenderers are to allow for undertaking an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey prior to starting work. Allow a PC sum of $ 5 000.00 for ACM removal, this is to include a ARCP (Asbestos Removal Control Plan) as there is no longer any minimum size of Asbestos removal exempt from this (old < 10m2 rule).
v. There are no requirements for phasing and / or staged handover of the project
