LCLR – 3 Year construction program​

QLDC has engaged Stantec for the professional services delivery of 21-24 Low-Cost Low Risk programme. ​As designs are completed, QLDC will be tendering packages of work or larger individual projects. At a high level the programme is worth approximately $15m​

We anticipate most of the works will be taken out to open market.​ Small value projects to be packaged into larger groupings for efficient delivery… ​

​This LCLR (Low-cost Low risk) construction program has been compiled from the Base line schedule that has been provided via the delivery framework from Stantec.​
