Lawn and Garden Maintenance – Auckland City

Fire and Emergency seek to engage a single supplier to provide a fully managed grounds maintenance service that includes scheduled lawnmowing, garden maintenance, weed painting and / or spraying and remedial work requests following weather events for designated Fire Stations across Waitemata, Auckland City and Counties Manukau.

The intended outcome is to ensure the following across all nominated Fire Stations in the Auckland region:
• Consistent presentable and safe grounds.
• Reliable weed control across all sites.
• Uniform service quality across multiple locations.
• Measurable service delivery and reporting (KPIs).
• Minimal disruption to site operations.
• Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Acts, Regulations, Policy and standards.
• High customer satisfaction through agreed service levels (SLAs)
