University of Auckland

Live Cell Imaging System

The University of Auckland requires a live-cell imaging and analysis system. This instrument will serve a group of users with varied research interests that conduct experimental studies over short to long timeframes (a few hours to several weeks). The different live-cell imaging applications required include high resolution phase-contrast and multi-channel fluorescence. In addition, the ability to carry out multiple studies in parallel, potentially allowing for staggered experiments to be conducted by different users without interference between each other’s work, is highly desirable.
