This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified Respondents to register an interest with the for the Ministry of Health’s Lotus Notes to M365 SharePoint Migration opportunity. It will be followed by evaluation, shortlisting and Request for Proposal (RFP).
The internal Modernise the Ministry team are working with the Ministry’s Knowledge Services team to establish a new Enterprise Content Management System (ECM) in our M365 SharePoint environment. The Ministry has a requirement to copy existing records from Lotus Notes Cabinets to our M365 SharePoint environment. The solution should allow staff to easily move filed into the new ECM.
Please note that moving the contents of the Lotus Notes Containers into the new ECM is not a requirement.
