Lytton Street School, Feilding - LSM Fencing & Gates

The Board of Trustees for Lytton Street School, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building/Fencing Contractor to carry out the Learning Support Modifications Fencing & Gates Project.

The Contract Works required are: Install aluminium and timber fencing 1.8m in height and no more than 100mm of the ground. Install access gates to same dimensions including vehicle and pedestrian gates. The main pedestrian gate near the hall entrance is have a wheelchair accessible gate latch.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors must visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
