The project will involve several critical components. Civil works will include site preparation, and the construction of the asphalt surface. Additionally, the storm water management system will be upgraded to handle runoff effectively. To enhance safety and accessibility during evening hours, new power and lighting towers will be installed throughout the carpark area. This new carpark is designed to improve parking capacity and accessibility for the Manawatū Community Hub and Library, thereby supporting its continued use and community engagement.
