Manawatū District Council (MDC) invites proposals for the pre-design and detailed design of a stormwater
system to minimise ponding regularly experienced along Haybittle Street in Feilding.
Collaboration between consultants, or the use of subcontractors, to provide the full range of technical inputs
required is permitted. If a respondent wishes to utilise a consortium this must be clearly identified within
