MDC RFP Panama Village Carpark - Extension and Resurfacing

Masterton District Council (MDC) are inviting suitably qualified contractors to deliver a build contract for the Extension and Resurface of the Panama Village Carpark located at 120 Ngaumutawa Road, Masterton.
The Carpark is currently inadequate in supplying the residents of Panama Village. The proposed civil works involve the following:
 Implementing road signage and line marking to clarify road user intent
 Installation of new kerb & channel and nib kerbs where required
 Upgrade of substandard stormwater catchpit
 Addition of 18 carparks including two accessibility carparks
 Granular pavement construction
 Milling and resurfacing of existing carpark seal
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor with the required capability, resources and motivation to deliver this project.
The contract comprises:
 Pavement construction and resurfacing
 Implementation of line marking and signage
 Drainage works.
