MPI Privacy Services Panel

We require experienced suppliers for a panel of MPI preferred suppliers for Privacy Associated Services (“Panel”) where the services are required within MPI. The scope includes supporting various enterprise projects with Privacy by Design advisory, privacy impact and risk assurance, and associated privacy services, as well as supporting the internal MPI Privacy team’s privacy officer duties. Panel suppliers will be required to be New Zealand based, as some work will require to access to MPI data and devices, therefore having a presence in New Zealand is a must.
What’s important to us?
Strong experience in and understanding of New Zealand privacy law in theory and in practice, including, for example: demonstratable experience of privacy-by-design in practice, timely and accurate delivery of privacy assessments, development of fit-for-purpose guidance and provision of training, handling privacy-related information access requests, personal information sharing frameworks and mechanisms, and prompt and effective incident and complaints management and breach response.
