Main Building Contractor for AMS Upgrade & Refurbishment to Block 1 at Winchester Street School

The Contract Works required are: The proposal is to refurbish and reconfigure Block 1 classrooms on the northern and southern wings. This will include new carpet tiles and wall linings. Reconfiguration will involve removing some store rooms to create a larger classroom 9, making the breakout space layouts more fit for purpose and correcting fire and accessibility issues in the hall.

All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact the noted representative in Invite Letter to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
