The Board of Trustees for Turuturu School, Hawera are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out Alterations & refurbishment to provide and LSC Space to Block D.
The Contract Works required are: Refurbishment to Block D, including new sliding door and concrete landing, new wall linings, new flooring coverings including carpet tiles, vinyl and entrance matting, new lighting and heatpump, and associated painting.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
