Main Building Contractor for Alterations & Additions to Block 3 at Bulls School, Bulls

The Board of Trustees for Bulls School, Bulls are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Alterations & Refurbishment to Block 3. .

The Contract Works required are: Internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of Block 3 including opening up the internal space, creating a new entranceway, making fit for purpose areas for cooking and storage and modernising the Block with new Autex, carpet tiles and ceilings.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
