Main Building Contractor for Alterations & Additions to Block 4 at West End School, Palmerston North

The Board of Trustees for West End School, Palmerston North are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Alterations & Refurbishment to Block 4.

The Contract Works required are: AMS Upgrade of Block 4 involving reconfiguration of the Boys and Girls toilets, conversion of two offices in to a shared breakout space and refurbishment of the
existing classrooms including new internal aluminium sliding doors and aluminium window joinery inserts.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
