Main Building Contractor for Alterations & refurbishment for AMS Spaces and LSC Space at Rawhitiroa School, Taranaki

The Contract Works required are: Extend wall out on classroom, new roof extension, new subfloor & cladding, new windows. Change layout in existing library to create a new LSC Space – Internal partition walls, paint, carpet.

Suppliers are required to describe how their proposed approach will deliver economic benefits to New Zealand, including (but not limited to): Use of local labour for the delivery of the bathroom modification works. Engagement of New Zealand–based subcontractors and trades, including small and medium enterprises where appropriate. Supporting regional employment by sourcing workers from the local area where possible. Use of locally supplied materials where suitable and feasible. Suppliers should provide clear, practical examples of how they will demonstrate these benefits during contract delivery.

All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact the noted representative in Invite Letter to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
