Main Building Contractor for Block 8 Reroof, Reclad, Remediation at Massey Primary School

Massey Primary School Board of Trustees seek a Main Building Contractor for Block 8 Reroof, Reclad, and Remediation. The proposed works have been deemed necessary in order to prolong the lifespans of the classrooms.The classrooms have been found to have pronounced water damage in separate and isolated areas that require remediation, as well as end-of-life roof replacements, asbestos cladding replacement and general upgrades such as installation of heatpumps and insulation to bring the classrooms up to standard.
