Main Building Contractor for Block B: Room 10 Refurbishment at Witherlea School

Witherlea School Board of Trustees is seeking a main building contractor to oversee and deliver the refurbishment of Room 10 within Block B. the works will be funded from the remaining 5YA funding under the current 10YPP.
The project involves the refurbishment of an existing teaching space to improve functionality, acoustics, lighting and finishes. The works are to be undertaken within an operational school environment, with construction reprogrammed to commence during the April school holidays and manged carefully one the school resume in the Term 2.
This project forms part of a staged approached to upgrading Block B, which is identified for full refurbishment in a future funding cycle.
