Main Building Contractor for Blocks 3 & 6 Refurbishment and other works at Kaukapakapa School, North West Auckland

The work comprises replacement of carpets, vinyl, wall coverings, window joinery and ligting in Rooms 15 + 16. Create opening between rooms to create flexible learning space.

Create new deck off Rooms 15 & 16.

Install Webglass translucent roof over deck rooms 13 - 16.

Part of previous resource room will be converted to an LSC office plus new rbeakout space.

Also includes upgrading of classrooms to meet DQLS standards for acoustics, ventilation, insulation, flooring, pinboard, lighting, data, electrics, and to upgrade toilets.

Also opening onto deck at end of Room 16 a Wahrenui style entrance and roof extension.
