This procurement relates to the Roofing, Soffits, Canopy and Fire Alarm Upgrade works for Mangamuka School
The project primarily involves the removal and replacement of existing roof coverings and associated elements, upgrades to roof framing where required, renewal of verge, apron and junction flashings, replacement of gutters and downpipes, re‑cladding of limited exterior wall areas at roof interfaces, repairs to existing soffits, replacement of the existing canopy roofing, and installation of a new fire alarm system.
