Main Building Contractor for Spotswood Primary School: B&C Block Roofing

B Block:
- Upper metal roof over 4 x teaching spaces is end of life, and requires replacing. New long-run metal roofing to be installed over safety netting, underlay and ventilated battens.

C Block:
- Upper metal roof over 4 x teaching spaces is end of life, and required replacing. Adjacent roof over the library doesn’t need replacing. New long-run metal roofing to be installed over safety netting, underlay and ventilated battens.
- Resource Room timber window is leaking and needs replacing. Remove window and re-frame to raise sill.
- Replace section of sagging ceiling in CR8 (As numbered on Block plan).
