Main Building Contractor for a Rationalisation Project at Te Takarangi (formerly Bay of Islands International Academy)

The background for this project includes:
- Blocks 3 and 4 are to be demolished, removed, and disposed of, with the site reinstated to match the existing sports field.
- Blocks 3 and 4 have been identified as dilapidated and are proposed for rationalisation, as they are no longer required due to their poor condition.
- All works will be completed in a single phase to streamline delivery and minimise disruption to school operations.
