Main Building Contractor to construct an AMS QLE project at classrooms 14 and 15 in Block B at Raureka School

The AMS QLE project is to use classrooms 14 and 15 and their ancillary rooms to form a design solution that follows the principles of quality learning environments. The design will include opening up the spaces so that they can be used as one space or two spaces through the use of folding sliding doors or sliding doors. Breakout spaces that can be seen into from the main learning spaces will be provided. The external walls will have replacement folding sliding doors opening up on to an extended area of decking to provide flexibility between the internal and what is proposed as a usable area of decking. Wall coverings will be renewed and improvements made on artificial lighting. The scope also includes supply and installation of Autex to some walls in classrooms 14 and 15 in this block, installation of internal folding sliding doors between these two classrooms, and supply and installation of replacement external screens that enclose the external patio along the front of the total block.
