Main Building/Roofing Contractor for Roof Replacement & Remediation to Various Blocks at Marton Junction School, Marton

The Board of Trustees for Marton Junction School, Marton are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building?Roofing Contractor to carry out Roof Replacment & Remediation Works to Various Blocks.

The Contract Works required are: Block 1: Remove and replace spouting, Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Install new membrane roofing, including new ply if required. Block 5: Install new trafficable clearlite and spouting. Block 6: Replace spouting, install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 7: Replace spouting, install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 8: Remove and replace spouting, Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 9: Install new trafficable clearlite. Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 10: Install new trafficable clearlite and spouting. Block 11: Install new iron roofing, including timber repairs if required. Block 13: Install new spouting.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
