Main Building/Roofing Contractor for Roofing Replacement & Remediation to Various Blocks at Kumeroa School, Tararua District

The Board of Trustees for Kumeroa School, Tararua are seeking a suitably qualified Main Roofing/Building Contractor to carry out the Roof Replacement & remediation Works to Various Blocks.

The Contract Works required are: Block B: Replace membrane roofing, including timber repairs and insulation if required. Replace clearlite and roof fixings. Block E: Metal roof replacement, including timber repairs and insulation if required. Clearlite and spouting replacement. Block F: Metal roof replacement. Replace clearlite and spouting. Block L: Replace roof fixings. Block N: Replace clearlite.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
