Registrations of Interest are sort for Building Main-Contractors to price the supply and installation works of a ILE/DQLS upgrade for Otahuhu Intermediate School, Auckland.
The existing interior finishing materials have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with new finishes.
This project will require site visits and the appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials.
Design documentation and scope of works will be provided which generally involves :
a. New exterior aluminium joinery installation to 5 spaces.
b. Interior finishes upgrade.
c. New ceiling and wall linings.
d. Electrical lighting upgrades.
All documentation will be prepared by an architect representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
