Registrations of Interest are sort for Builder Main-Contractors to price the supply and installation works of a 5YA Block 1 Roofing Replacement project at Greenmeadows Intermediate School, Auckland.

The existing roofing have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with the administration block experiencing multiple aeras of leaking.
This project will require site visits and the appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials.

All documentation will be prepared by the PM consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
