5YA : Blocks 2&5 – Roof and Gutter Replacement Project. :
• Existing Infrastructure :
Re-Roofing of existing 12 classroom, 2 storey block and small satellite office.
Staged project.
Lifecycle replacement of existing finishes.
Replacement of the poor condition roofs and gutters

Works to involve :
Remove and dispose of the existing roof material.
Supply and installation of new cliplock roofs.
On removal of the existing roof material the substrate will be inspected, and replaced if
required.
Supply and installation of new insulation (R2.9) if required.
The gutters will be inspected and replaced where required

All documentation will be prepared by an architect representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
