Block 2
• Room name, Visual Arts: Window surround and door condition Rotten Recommend timber reveal replacement. P2
• Room name, Dance:
Louvre windows don’t open due to lack of maintenance, reason ladders required to open
and maintain H & S issue recommend replacement. P2
Door frame and door rotten recommend replacement. P2
• Room name, Music:
 Doors Rotten x 2 recommend full replacement. P2

Block 4:
• Room name, H3: window surround poor condition and some Rot recommend replacing. P2

Block 5:
• Room names, Science:
windows are sash windows; some ropes and chains require to open windows and stuck or
broken this comes under maintenance.
Rear door rotten requires full replacement.
• Room name, Food:
Windows are sash windows; some ropes and chains require to open windows and stuck or broken this comes under maintenance.


All documentation will be prepared by SoW design, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property policy.
