The Board of Trustees are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the proposed Hall sprinkler and ventilation works. This work is primarily being undertaken to allow increased occupancy of the space, and is part of the school’s current 10YPP programme of works. The project involves the installation of a sprinkler system within the Hall, new pumped water supply (and corresponding pumphouse), valve house, and various ventilation upgrades.
