Main Contractor New Plymouth HVAC Heating Replacement

New Zealand Police (NZ Police) is seeking to appoint a main contractor to deliver the installation of a replacement HVAC Heat Pump Chiller system.
The main purpose of this work is to replace the faulty HVAC heating unit, which will provide a more consistent and reliable heating system and deliver a warm and fit for purpose place of work for personal that are based in the New Plymouth Police Station.
Scope of project
The scope of Works for the Main Contractor will include the following construction activities:

In-scope
Supply and installation of the new Heat Pump Chiller, specifically the work packages as below.
• Project management
• General minor construction works where required
• Building Services - HVAC plant system
• As built updated with all warrantees and Guarantees handed over to Police for asset management

Out of Scope
• On-going maintenance of the sites
• loose furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Construction works beyond area of installation
