Takapuna Grammar School is seeking registrations of interest to refurbish 12x relocatable classrooms on their site.
The refurbishment involves reroofing, replacement of damaged wall linings (interior and exterior) and new acoustic coverings, replace existing floor coverings, upgrade heating and lighting, replace door and window joinery, plus any additional works required to handover a weathertight and compliant building.
The Principal intends to shortlist 4x contractors who will be invited to Tender.
