Main Contractor Services for New Plymouth Girls' High School LSPM LR, GM: Bathroom and Access Modification

This project is for Learning Support Property Modifications which includes 4 scopes of work as outlined below:

Scope 1 Awhina LR Block:
• Alteration of the existing toilet and kitchen into a universal bathroom
• Reconfiguration and modification of the kitchen and resource room to suit universal bathroom alterations

Scope 2 Drama HE Block:
• Modify the existing ramp access to increase width of thoroughfare for easier accessibility

Scope 3 Music GM Block:
• 2 storey lift shaft and lift addition to the existing building. Associated entry ramp and carpark reconfiguration

Sope 4 TC Block:
• Threshold Ramp
