Main Contractor - Whangarei Office Fitout

This Request for Proposals (RFP) relates to the early engagement of a main contractor for the hard fit out works forming the MBIE Whangarei Office Fit Out project. This project is being led by MBIE’s Property Projects Team.
The main contractor will be involved in early engagement and will later provide construction services to fit out MBIE’s new and soon to be improved tenancy. The successful provider will help to develop and deliver in accordance with the design documentation, to the required standards, quality, and budget available.
