Main Contractor for 5: Hall Weathertightness Remediation at Tainui School

i. Removal of the plaster cladding to the west and south walls, remove the windows
and replace with double glazed units. The new cladding is on the cavity baton
system and associated flashings.
ii. The remaining north and east walls are to have a section of plaster removed along
with internal gutters, then install a pitched roof with eves, and spouting.
