The buyer is seeking a main contractor to undertake the necessary Accessible Bathroom Modification works at Te Kura Mana Māori o Maraenui
The project back ground is:
- The works are part of the Learning Support Property Modifications approved programme.
- The Occupational Therapist Recommendation report identified that the Kura’s exiting accessible bathroom needed to be altered/extended to create a Modified Universal Bathroom that aligns with the Kura’s requirements.
