Main Contractor for Birchville School - Boiler Replacement with Heat Pumps

The BOT at Birchville School are seeking the services of a Main Contractor to undertake the replacement of the existing boiler with heat pumps to various blocks, including associated electrical upgrades to suit the increased capacity, as described in the tender documents.

This involves the following work (refer S&T specifications for specific requirements):

Supply and install new heat pumps and upgrade electrical to suit to Blocks C, E, G, J, M, N & O:

• Refer S&T Mechanical and Electrical Design documentation as well as the RFT Section 2 for 'The Requirement'

The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.

Project consultants are:
- Project Manager: IR Group
- Lead Designer: S&T

Programme:
Preferred start date : June / July School Holidays (MSB upgrade and Block M&O to take priority as Block O has no heating currently.
