Main Contractor for Block 3: Toilets and Room 20 Refurbishment

Block 3 Toilets: removal of internal load-bearing walls, sanitary fittings, in-ground shower, internal wall linings and flooring, and reconfiguration to form 2 new student toilets, a staff toilet, an accessible bathroom and a new laundry, with new sanitary fittings, wet wall linings, vinyl flooring, replacement timber beams in place of the demolished load-bearing walls, and a new exterior door and ramp. Block 3 Room 20: removal of an existing partition wall and the existing operable wall, new vinyl flooring, new heat pumps, and new Autex Composition wall board.
