Main Contractor for Blocks 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,11&C: Heating & Electrical Works at Elm Park School

The project forms part of the School’s planned lifecycle renewal programme to address ageing electrical and heating assets across the school site. replacement is required to maintain safe, reliable and efficient building services. The works will be undertaken across Blocks 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and C, with the programme coordinated to minimise disruption to school operations. Works will be scheduled during the December 2026/January 2027 school term break, with the objective of completing the required works and handing the affected areas back to the School prior to the commencement of the 2027 school year.
