The roofing works have been identified as necessary due to deteriorated roof cladding, gutters, downpipes, flashings, Clearlite and roof penetrations across multiple school buildings. Leaks and areas of poor condition require remedial works to prevent further water ingress, protect the building fabric and maintain the long-term performance of the school property.
