Main Contractor for Blocks 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 12, C: Roofing Works at Owairaka District School

The project aims to address identified roofing defects and deterioration across Blocks 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 12, C to restore and maintain weathertightness, improve roof safety and durability, and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education (MoE) requirements. The works will provide a safe, fit-for-purpose roofing system while minimising disruption to school operations
