The buyer is seeking a Main Contractor for Carpark and Retaining Wall Works at Te Kura o Waioweka.
b. The project background is:
- These works are part of the 5YA approved programme.
- The 10YPP and condition assessments of the Kura have identified that the existing carpark is too small for purpose and that the existing retaining wall surrounding the carpark are deteriorating with subsidence at one corner and therefore require remediation works to be undertaken as soon as practicable
