Main Contractor for Drainage Works at Morningside School and Potential Additional Rights

Repairs to wastewater faults (tree root intrusion, faulty joints, infiltration, cracking, and faulty manhole channels/benching) and resolution of drainage capacity issues at the playground and half the rear field.

These work will delivered as 3 separate phases with timing to be confirmed - anticipated to be mostly over the 2026/27 Christmas Holidays.

This is a tender for a main contractor only. Any tenders not including the full scope of works will be excluded.
